Responsibilities

• Directs marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversees on-site traffic, ensures ready apartments, sets rent pricing and concessions, and monitors leasing activities.
• Develops marketing plans and pricing strategies to sustain occupancy and boost leases.
• Supervises leasing team and conducts move-in procedures in line with policies.
• Reviews financial and traffic reports to identify and resolve leasing performance issues.
• Manages lease renewals and resident communications to support retention.
