Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a seasoned leasing and marketing professional to direct the community’s marketing, print and internet advertising, and leasing activities to hit revenue and occupancy goals. You will oversee on-site traffic, pricing, concessions, and the leasing process from prospect to move-in while coordinating with maintenance and on-site staff.

The role requires developing short- and long-term marketing plans, monitoring market conditions, and implementing creative pricing

• Reviews financial and traffic reports to improve leasing performance.
• Oversees lease renewals and resident communications.
• Supervises leasing staff and trains employees.
