Job summary

Greystar seeks a marketing and leasing leader to drive revenue, occupancy and resident retention across our properties. You’ll oversee on-site advertising, pricing, and leasing, coordinating with maintenance and sales teams to ensure market readiness and strong traffic conversion.

You will develop and implement marketing plans, manage the leasing process from prospect to move-in, and lead a team of leasing professionals while analyzing performance data and reporting results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience directing marketing, advertising and sales activities to meet revenue goals.
• Ability to develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Proven track record in leasing processes and resident relations.

Responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, advertising and sales activities to hit revenue targets.
• Develop pricing, concessions and incentives to drive traffic and leases.
• Lead on-site leasing, qualify prospects, prepare leases and complete move-ins.
• Monitor reports on traffic, closings and performance; present results to stakeholders.
• Oversee lease renewals and manage communications with residents during move-outs.
• Supervise leasing team hiring, onboarding and performance management.
