Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst to manage global lease administration, client relationships, and financial reporting for medium to large accounts. The role emphasizes rent presentment, payment activities, and strong governance with a remote, multi-location setup.

You will oversee data integrity in lease databases, coordinate with a global team, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with US GAAP/IFRS and contract terms.

Qualifications

• The Senior Lease Analyst is responsible for managing Lease Administration functions, client/vendor relationships, and producing schedules and reports.
• Experience with global lease administration and rent presentment/rent payment activities is preferred.
• Strong understanding of client contracts and GAAP/IFRS considerations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration matters.
• Understand client objectives, real estate strategy, and service expectations.
• Maintain lease data, including scope of work, fee structure, billing, and payee information in WorkTrac.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to present portfolio updates, metrics, and reports.
• Develop governance programs: reporting cadence, communication methods, and business reviews.
• Track expirations, exercise dates, and other critical information.
• Drive net promoter score through service delivery and relationships.
• Manage escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Identify risks and mitigate through project-managed solutions.
• Oversee global team to ensure contract-compliant service delivery.
• Participate in presentations for new business pitches.
• Manage database tasks and assign work to global team members.
• Establish weekly calls with the global lease admin team for review and actions.
• Prepare and lead impactful communications with professional presence.
• Foster collaboration and clear communication across the team.
• Maintain knowledge of Colliers360, dashboards, and related tools.
• Validate invoices and ensure pass-through charges are billed per contracts.
• Manage vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Review recovery clauses and calculate tenant-related expenses.
• Prepare lease-related financial statements and monthly schedules.
• Produce variance reports for budget vs. actual rent.
• Oversee third-party utility payments and TI allowances.
