Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst to manage global lease administration, client relations, and reporting. The role emphasizes rent presentment, payments, and governance across large accounts in a remote-capable setup.

You will work with events, data management, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate lease data and timely billing, while supporting audits and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Ability to manage global lease administration within a client contract framework.
• Strong understanding of lease terms, rent, CAM, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration.
• Maintain understanding of client agreements including scope of work, fee structure, billing frequency and payee information.
• Conduct regular meetings to present portfolio updates, metrics and reports.
• Manage monthly billing reviews and ensure pass-through expenses are billed per contract.
• Oversee global team delivery per client process and contract.
• Assist with onboarding of new accounts and transition processes.
