Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst to lead global lease administration, client governance, and timely reporting across diverse accounts. You will manage lease data, exp & option schedules, and ensure accurate billing and compliance under US GAAP/IFRS within a remote, multinational team.

Applicants should have 5+ years in CRE lease administration or accounting, experience with major lease databases, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or accounting.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• Experience with CRE database applications such as Visual Lease, APEX, ProLease, CoStar, WorkTrac, Lucernex, Planon, Manhattan, etc.
• Expertise in managing multi-line global accounts with 1,000+ leases and global account management.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote).
• Knowledge of FASB/IFRS accounting rules and general accounting principles.
• Proven ability to work independently, remotely, with strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration matters.
• Understand client objectives, real estate portfolio strategy, and service expectations.
• Maintain client contract data in WorkTrac, including scope, fees, billing frequency, and payee information.
• Conduct regular client meetings to present portfolio updates and performance reports.
• Develop and maintain client governance programs, reporting cadence, and reviews.
• Track expirations, option dates, and other critical lease data.
• Aim for high net promoter score through service delivery and relationships.
• Manage client escalations and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies; manage projects to resolution.
• Ensure global team delivers per client processes and contract terms.
• Participate in client pitches for new business opportunities.
• Oversee database task assignments to global team members.
• Establish weekly cadence for internal communications on work progress.
