Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Administrator, Client Lead to manage global lease administration for midsized to large accounts. You will be the primary client contact, align portfolio strategy with service expectations, and maintain contracts and billing in WorkTrac.

Remote role with a focus on high-complexity accounts within a global structure. Strong governance, quarterly reviews, and proactive risk mitigation are essential. Prior experience with industry databases is required.

Competenze

• 5+ years in commercial real estate lease administration or related accounting roles.
• BA/Assoc in business, accounting, or real estate preferred.
• Experience with lease administration software and portfolio management systems.

Mansioni

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration matters.
• Understand client portfolio strategy, service expectations, and contract scopes.
• Maintain client contracts in WorkTrac with accurate billing and fee structures.
