Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Administrator, Client Lead to manage complex global lease administration for midsized to large accounts. You will be the primary client contact, understanding objectives, portfolio strategy, and service expectations while overseeing data integrity in Lease management systems.

You will lead regular client reviews, manage billing, and coordinate with a global team to ensure services align with contracts. This role supports remote work from various US locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in business, accounting, or real estate preferred.
• Experience with multiple lease administration databases is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration matters.
• Understand client objectives, portfolio strategy, and service expectations.
• Maintain and enter client contract data in WorkTrac and related systems.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to present portfolio updates and performance reports.
• Develop and maintain client governance programs and reporting cadence.
• Track expirations, option dates, and other critical information.
• Oversee global team performance and ensure contract compliance.
• Participate in presentations to win new business and manage client communications.
