Colliers in the United States is seeking a Senior Lease Administrator, Client Lead to manage lease administration for midsized to large global accounts. You will serve as the main client contact, oversee contracts, and drive governance, reporting, and process improvement.

This remote role supports clients across multiple locations, requiring strong collaboration, attention to detail, and knowledge of lease abstractions, billing, and occupancy costs. Experience with global accounts is a plus.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience working on global accounts with multiple leases and complex contracts.
• Strong understanding of lease abstractions, billing and vendor management.

Mansioni

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration.
• Maintain client contracts, scope, fee structure, and billing information in WorkTrac.
• Prepare and present portfolio updates, metrics, and performance reports to clients.
• Develop and maintain client governance programs, including reporting cadence and business reviews.
• Track expirations, option dates, and other critical lease information; manage risk mitigation.
