Job summary

Colliers is hiring a Senior Lease Administrator, Client Lead to manage global lease administration for midsized to large accounts. You will serve as the primary liaison for clients and internal teams, ensuring accurate contract data in WorkTrac and delivering regular portfolio updates.

You will drive governance programs, track critical dates, and support global team collaboration while working remotely across various US locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting.
• Experience in either Landlord or Tenant sectors or both.
• Familiar with lease abstractions, billing, and contract terms.
• Proficiency with CRE database software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on lease administration.
• Understand client objectives, real estate portfolio strategy, and service expectations.
• Maintain client contract details, scope, fees, billing and payee information in WorkTrac.
• Conduct regular meetings to present portfolio updates and performance reports.
• Develop governance programs for reporting cadence and communications.
• Track expirations, option dates, and critical lease information.
• Oversee global team delivery per client processes and contracts.
• Prepare monthly rental payment schedules and review pass-through expenses.
