Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Administrator, Client Lead to manage lease administration for midsized to large accounts within a global framework. You will oversee client relationships, contract setups, billing, and performance reporting while coordinating with a dispersed team.

You will work remotely from various US locations, bringing expertise in lease data, governance programs, and client satisfaction to drive strong service delivery.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in business, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• Experience with multi-line global accounts and large lease portfolios.

Mansioni

• Serve as main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on lease administration.
• Maintain client agreements, scope, fee structures and billing in systems.
• Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to present portfolio updates and metrics.
• Track expirations and option exercise dates; centralize lease data.
• Lead governance programs and coordinate with global lease admin teams.
