Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Administrator, Client Lead to manage global lease administration for midsized to large accounts. You will serve as the primary client contact, manage contracts in WorkTrac, and lead governance, reviews, and reporting.

The role emphasizes remote work from various US locations, client relationships, and ensuring accurate billing and compliance with contractual terms. Compensation ranges are provided in the posting.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Degree in business, accounting, real estate or similar preferred.
• Experience with multi-line global accounts and 1,000+ leases is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease matters.
• Maintain understanding of client agreements including scope, fees, and payment details.
• Prepare and present portfolio updates, metrics, and reports for clients.
• Develop governance programs: reporting cadence, communications, and reviews.
• Track expirations, option dates, and critical lease information.
• Oversee and QC lease abstraction to ensure accuracy.
