Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Administrator, Client Lead for remote work across US locations. You will manage global lease administration, client relationships, and data governance for midsized to large accounts within a global account structure.

You will leverage knowledge of lease contracts, billing, and reporting to deliver accurate, timely information and drive high client satisfaction, including leading reviews and status meetings.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar.
• Experience with portfolio management databases and lease administration software.
• Knowledge of financial/accounting standards (FASB/IFRS) preferred.
• Strong time management and ability to work remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration matters.
• Understand client objectives, real estate portfolio strategy, and service expectations.
• Maintain client contract data in WorkTrac and related systems.
• Conduct regular meetings to present portfolio updates and performance reports.
• Develop and maintain client governance programs and communication cadence.
• Track expirations, option dates, and critical lease information.
