Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Administrator, Client Lead to manage lease administration for midsized to large accounts within a global framework. Remote work is available from various locations in the US, with focus on client governance, reporting, and process optimization.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of relevant lease administration or related experience in CRE or accounting.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• Experience with CRE database applications such as Visual Lease, APEX, ProLease, CoStar, WorkTrac, Lucernex, Planon, Manhattan, or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration matters.
• Maintain understanding of client agreements, scope, fees, billing and payee information.
• Conduct regular meetings to present portfolio updates, metrics, and performance reports.
• Track expirations, option dates, and other critical lease information.
• Oversee and ensure global team delivers services per client processes and contracts.
• Prepare monthly rental payment schedules and review charges with landlords.
