Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Administrator, Client Lead to manage lease administration functions for midsized to large accounts within a global framework. You will coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders, maintain lease data, and drive governance programs to ensure service excellence.

The role supports remote work across various locations with a strong emphasis on client relationships, reporting, and process optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or accounting.
• Experience with multi-line global accounts and 1,000+ leases is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration.
• Understand client objectives, portfolio strategy and service expectations.
• Maintain client contracts in WorkTrac and ensure accurate data entry.
• Conduct regular meetings to present portfolio updates and performance reports.
• Develop and maintain client governance programs and reporting cadences.
• Track expirations, option dates and other critical lease information.
• Oversee global team to ensure delivery per contract and process.
• Prepare and lead client presentations for new or existing business pitches.
