Colliers in the United States is seeking a Senior Lease Administrator, Client Lead, to manage global lease administration for midsized to large accounts. You will serve as the primary client contact, oversee schedules, reports, and governance, and coordinate with the global team to ensure contract compliance and accurate billing.

This remote role emphasizes building strong client relationships, data accuracy, and proactive risk management while leveraging Colliers360, dashboards, and WorkTrac.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• Working experience with lease admin databases such as Visual Lease, APEX, ProLease, CoStar, WorkTrac, Lucernex, Planon, Manhattan, or other systems.
• Experience with multi-line global accounts and large lease portfolios.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to work independently, remotely, and manage time effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as main client contact for global lease administration matters.
• Understand client objectives, real estate portfolio strategy, and service expectations.
• Maintain lease details, scope, fee structure, and billing in WorkTrac and related systems.
• Conduct regular client meetings to present portfolio updates, metrics, and reports.
• Develop governance programs for reporting cadence and communications.
• Track expirations, option dates, and other critical lease information.
