Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Administrator, Client Lead, to manage global lease administration for midsized to large accounts. You will coordinate client governance, track lease events, and ensure accurate billing and reporting while working remotely across US locations.

You will serve as the main liaison with clients and internal teams, review agreements, and support new business pitches. Strong knowledge of lease databases and MS Office is required for success.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• Experience with portfolio management databases such as Visual Lease, WorkTrac, ProLease, CoStar, or similar.
• Experience managing multi-line global accounts with 1,000+ leases.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of FASB/ IFRS accounting principles.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration matters.
• Present portfolio updates, key metrics, and performance reports in regular client reviews.
• Develop and maintain client governance programs including reporting cadence and communication plans.
• Track expirations and option exercise dates, ensuring accurate contract data in WorkTrac.
• Oversee compliance with client-specific processes and contracts across global teams.
