Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Administrator, Client Lead to manage Lease Administration operations for midsized to large, complex global accounts. You will coordinate client governance, track lease data, and lead communications with clients and internal teams from a remotely located role.

The role emphasizes strong client relationships, contract understanding, and collaboration with global teams to ensure accurate billing, reporting, and service delivery.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar.
• Experience with CRE database applications (Visual Lease, ProLease, CoStar, etc.).
• Experience managing multi-line global accounts (1,000+ leases).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main client and internal stakeholder contact for global lease administration matters.
• Understand client portfolio strategy and service expectations.
• Maintain client contract details, fee structure, billing frequency, and payee information in WorkTrac.
• Conduct regular client meetings to present portfolio updates and performance reports.
• Develop and maintain client governance programs and communication cadences.
• Track expirations, option dates, and critical lease information.
• Support net promoter score through service delivery and relationships.
• Identify account risks and propose mitigation strategies.
