Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst to lead lease administration functions, manage client and vendor relationships, and produce schedules and reports. This is a remote role across multiple US locations, with responsibility for ensuring contract terms and GAAP/IFRS compliance.

You will coordinate with global teams, review charges, oversee abstraction and pass-through expenses, and support transition on new accounts while maintaining data integrity in the lease management system.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• Experience with commercial real estate databases such as Visual Lease, APEX, ProLease, CoStar, WorkTrac, Lucernex, Planon, Manhattan, or similar systems.
• Expertise in managing multi-line global accounts with 1,000+ leases and global account structures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and able to work independently, preferably remotely.

Responsabilités

• Manage Lease Administration functions, client/vendor relationships, and centralize schedules and reports.
• Serve as main contact for clients and stakeholders on global lease administration matters.
• Maintain understanding of client agreements including scope, fee structure, billing, and contract data in WorkTrac.
• Conduct regular client reviews to present portfolio updates, metrics, and performance reports.
• Oversee abstraction and input of rental obligations and ensure pass-through expenses align with contracts.
• Coordinate with global team to deliver services per client processes and contracts.
• Ensure lease accounting records comply with US GAAP (ASC 842) and IFRS 16.
• Assist with onboarding of new accounts and maintain process playbooks.
