Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst to manage lease administration functions, client and vendor relationships, and produce key reports for global accounts. The role supports remote work from multiple US locations and requires strong knowledge of lease data management and GAAP.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in commercial real estate lease administration, proficiency with lease management systems, and experience handling complex multi-location portfolios.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial real estate lease administration.
• Experience with global accounts and leases.
• Knowledge of lease accounting standards and GAAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease administration functions, client and vendor relationships, and centralize schedules and reporting for Lease Admin team.
• Serve as main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration matters.
• Ensure accurate input of rental obligations and lease data in the system per client standards.
• Prepare and review lease-related financial statements, reports, and monthly rental schedules.
