Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst to lead lease administration across multiple accounts from a remote setting. You will manage schedules, reporting, and client communications while ensuring accurate abstraction of lease terms and fees.

You will coordinate with a global team, monitor performance metrics, and maintain lease accounting records under US GAAP/IFRS guidelines. Strong collaboration and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• Experience with commercial real estate database applications (e.g., Visual Lease, APEX, ProLease, CoStar, WorkTrac, Lucernex, Planon, Manhattan).
• Experience handling multi‑line global accounts with 1,000+ leases and global account management structures.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage lease administration functions, client/vendor relationships, and centralized reporting.
• Serve as main client contact for global lease administration matters.
• Maintain and input lease obligations, fees, billing, and payee information in the lease management system.
• Conduct regular client meetings to present portfolio updates and key metrics.
• Oversee global team delivery per client process and contract; allocate tasks.
