Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst to manage global lease administration, client relationships, and payment processes. You will coordinate with a distributed team, oversee lease data, and produce governance reports for major accounts.

The role emphasizes remote work from multiple US locations, with a focus on accuracy, timely communication, and strong client service. Prior experience in real estate lease administration is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in medium to large global lease accounts with complex structures.
• Understanding of lease abstraction, rent presentment and payments.
• Knowledge of US GAAP ASC 842 or IFRS in lease accounting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease matters.
• Maintain client contracts in WorkTrac and track lease milestones.
• Present portfolio updates, metrics, and reports to clients.
• Manage vendor invoices and validate against lease terms.
• Oversee lease accounting records and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate with global team and conduct regular client governance meetings.
• Prepare monthly rental payment schedules and reconciliations.
