Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst for a remote US-based role, supporting global lease administration for diverse client accounts. You will manage databases, analyze leases, and coordinate with clients and vendors to maintain accurate records and strong service delivery.

You will oversee abstracts, rent obligations, and monthly statements while ensuring US GAAP/IFRS alignment and contract compliance. Collaboration with a global team is essential to success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• Experience with commercial real estate database applications such as Visual Lease, APEX, ProLease, CoStar, WorkTrac, Lucernex, Planon, Manhattan or other systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage Lease Administration functions and client/vendor relationships.
• Serve as main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration matters.
• Maintain lease data, run schedules, reports, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with client contracts, fees, and billing structures.
• Prepare lease-related financial statements and reconciliations.
