Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst to manage global lease administration, client relationships, and centralize reporting and processes. The role emphasizes high-complexity accounts within a global framework, with a focus on rent presentment and payments.

You will oversee a global team, ensure contract accuracy in WorkTrac, and drive governance programs, while maintaining strong client communications and timely escalations. Remote work is supported across multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the commercial real estate lease administration industry and/or accounting and property management fields.
• Experience with commercial real estate database applications such as Visual Lease, APEX, ProLease, CoStar, WorkTrac, Lucernex, Planon, Manhattan, or similar.
• Experience managing 1,000+ leases in global accounts with global account management structure.
• Strong MS Office skills; ability to work independently, preferably remotely.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding global lease administration matters.
• Maintain understanding of client agreements including boundaries of scope of work, fee structure, billing frequency and payee information.
• Enter and maintain client contracts in WorkTrac; conduct regular meetings to present portfolio updates and reports.
• Develop and maintain client governance programs and communication cadence; track expirations and option dates.
• Manage vendor invoices, review discrepancies, and ensure lease accounting compliance under US GAAP/IFRS.
