Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Administrator, Client Lead to manage lease administration for midsized to large accounts with a global scope. You will coordinate schedules, reports, and client communications, acting as the main contact for clients and internal teams.

The role emphasizes governance, risk mitigation, and ensuring accurate billing while leveraging systems like WorkTrac and Colliers360. This is a remote role across US locations.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or real estate.
• Experience with portfolio management databases (Visual Lease, ProLease, CoStar, etc.).
• Strong MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain client contracts in WorkTrac with scope, fees, and billing.
• Conduct regular client meetings to present portfolio updates and metrics.
• Oversee global team delivering services per client processes.
• Prepare monthly rental payment schedules.
