Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst to manage lease administration for global accounts from remote locations across the US. You will coordinate schedules, reports, and communication plans, and serve as the main contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial real estate lease administration, familiarity with major CRE databases, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• Experience with commercial real estate database applications (Visual Lease, APEX, ProLease, CoStar, WorkTrac, Lucernex, Planon, Manhattan).
• Proven ability to manage multi-line global accounts and large lease portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease administration functions, client/vendor relationships, and reporting schedules.
• Serve as main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease matters.
• Ensure accurate input of lease obligations, fees, and billing in the system.
• Provide final QC on abstraction and ensure pass-through costs align with contracts.
• Coordinate with global team, conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance reporting.
