Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Administrator, Client Lead to manage global lease administration for midsize to large accounts, building client governance and driving service delivery. This role supports remote work across US locations and requires strong client management skills.

You will lead regular client meetings, track expirations, and ensure accurate billing and charges while leveraging Colliers360, WorkTrac, and other portfolio tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• Experience with lease databases such as Visual Lease, APEX, ProLease, CoStar or WorkTrac.
• Experience managing global accounts with 1,000+ leases.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding global lease administration matters.
• Understand client business objectives, real estate portfolio strategy, and service expectations.
• Maintain thorough understanding of client agreements including scope of work, fee structure, billing frequency and payee information.
• Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to present portfolio updates, key metrics, and performance reports.
• Develop and maintain strong client governance programs such as reporting cadence and business reviews.
• Track, maintain, and communicate all expirations, option exercise dates, and other critical information.
• Oversee and ensure global team is delivering services per client processes and contracts.
• Prepare monthly rental payment schedules.
• Review recovery clauses and calculate recovery expenses for each tenant.
