Onward Search seeks a Senior Learning Experience and Enablement Manager to lead enterprise-wide workforce enablement initiatives for a client in the learning and development space. You will partner with senior client leaders to design strategic learning, adoption, and performance solutions that drive organizational change.

The role oversees multidisciplinary teams, shapes complex delivery strategies, and fosters sustainable workforce transformation, with a deadline for applications of 10/21/2026.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience designing and implementing workforce enablement or experience strategies.
• Consulting experience advising senior leadership on workforce transformation initiatives.
• 8+ years of team management experience leading diverse and complex projects.
• Proven ability to communicate complex strategies and deliverables to audiences at all levels.
• Deep knowledge of learning experience design, change enablement, and workforce transformation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal strategic leadership.
• Advise on workforce capability, learning, and behavior-change strategies aligned with client transformation objectives.
• Lead the development of enterprise learning, enablement, and adoption strategies connected to business goals.
• Shape and oversee complex projects, managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Drive account growth through presales activities, proposals, and identifying opportunities for added value.
