Job summary

Current is seeking a Senior Director of Learning & Development to lead enterprise learning, performance and compliance across our platform of firms. You will shape strategy, design leadership programs, and ensure scalable systems that align with business goals.

You will partner with the CHRO and firm leaders, manage a multi-firm learning tech stack, drive data-driven decision making, and guide talent development through growth and M&A integrations from Tampa or US East Coast time zones.

Qualifications

10+ years in learning, development, or performance management with leadership experience.
Experience in accounting or professional services with distributed leadership.
Proven ability to build new learning or performance functions from the ground up.
Strong use of goal frameworks, competency models, and manager enablement.
Experience owning learning technology, data governance, and vendor management.
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and operate in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise learning strategy across multiple firms, service lines, and levels.
Define architecture for role-based learning pathways and ensure content quality.
Design flagship leadership and business development programs and partnerships.
Partner with CHRO and executives on talent strategy and workforce planning.
Own the learning and performance tech stack and data reporting.
Guided M&A integrations to land learning platforms across firms.
