Onward Search seeks a Senior Learning Experience and Enablement Manager to lead enterprise-wide workforce enablement initiatives for a client in the learning and development space. You will partner with senior client leaders to design strategic learning, adoption, and performance solutions that drive organizational change.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience designing and implementing workforce enablement or experience strategies.
• Consulting experience advising senior leadership on workforce transformation initiatives.
• 8+ years of team management experience leading diverse and complex projects.
• Proven ability to communicate complex strategies and deliverables to audiences at all levels.
• Deep knowledge of learning experience design, change enablement, and workforce transformation methodologies.
