Job summary

Loftware is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Partner to design, build, and scale learning programs that drive performance, leadership development, and workforce effectiveness in a fast-growing Enterprise SaaS environment.

You will partner with People Operations to create onboarding, competency models, and cross-functional skills frameworks; leverage WorkRamp and LMS data to deliver measurable impact and a culture of ongoing development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development in a high-growth SaaS or tech-driven environment.
• Experience in sales enablement and upskilling technical teams.
• Proven ability to scale L&D programs in a fast-paced, evolving company.
• Strong knowledge of LMS platforms, ideally WorkRamp, e-learning tools, and digital learning solutions.
• Experience leveraging data and analytics to measure learning impact.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a scalable L&D strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead onboarding and new hire training programs across functions.
• Coordinate sales enablement training for sales, customer success, and GTM teams.
• Implement competency-based learning using LMS platforms to support role-specific and cross-functional development.
• Leverage analytics to track program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with HRBP, leaders, and operations on talent readiness and engagement.
