Job summary

Capital One’s Retail Learning and Development team seeks a Senior Learning Manager to lead end-to-end learning strategy, consulting, design, and facilitation for Bank Voice, Bank Operations, and Customer Protection frontline associates and leaders. You will elevate learning from a support function to a driver of business outcomes by pioneering AI integration and speeding time-to-market.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development.
• 3+ years of experience in Client-Facing Learning Consulting.
• 3+ years of experience in Learning Strategy Creation.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or program management.
• 3+ years of experience in people management.

Responsibilities

• Strategically consult with senior leaders to diagnose gaps and align learning with business imperatives.
• Set multi-year and near-term learning strategy and roadmap including onboarding and upskilling.
• Synthesize analytics into executive narratives and drive AI-enabled learning adoption.
• Lead and mentor a team, establish governance and scalable delivery models.
