Job summary

Capital One seeks a Senior Learning Manager to lead Retail Learning and Development, guiding end-to-end learning strategy for Bank Voice, Bank Operations and Customer Protection frontline teams. You will coach a high-performing team to turn training into practical, AI-enabled solutions aligned to business goals.

You will build multi-year roadmaps, synthesize learning analytics for executives, and drive adoption of adaptive learning tools.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in Learning & Development.
• 3+ years in client-facing learning consulting.
• 3+ years in learning strategy creation.
• 5+ years in project or program management.
• 3+ years in people management.

Responsibilities

• Consult with senior leaders to diagnose performance gaps and align learning solutions to strategy.
• Set multi-year learning strategy and roadmap including onboarding and AI fluency investments.
• Translate analytics into executive narratives showing business impact.
• Drive AI-enabled learning tools and adaptive pathways for frontline staff.
• Build governance and empower Managers to lead teams effectively.
