Qualifications

• Experience establishing and leading an Instructional Design CoE within an operations-focused environment.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI or automation tools into the learning development lifecycle.
• Proven track record of coaching teams to be more innovative, agile, and nimble in solving complex problems.
• Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for instructional design serving frontline/operational audiences.
• Strong history of partnering with senior leaders to translate operational needs into scalable, modern learning solutions.
• Proven success implementing evaluation models and data analytics to show learning impact on business results.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, lead through change in a matrixed organization.

• Foster an innovative culture with rituals and coaching to empower creative design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create the annual strategic learning agenda.
• Lead the Design CoE and optimize resources for broader operations strategy.
• Design for impact using adult learning science and human-centered design.
• Monitor learning KPIs and use operational data to drive improvements.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk within business constraints.
