Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years in instructional design and development.
• 5+ years in project/program management or a related role.

• Experience establishing and leading an Instructional Design CoE within an operations-focused environment.
• Experience integrating AI or automation into the learning development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Champion AI integration: Lead the strategy to integrate AI tools into the design and maintenance lifecycle.
• Foster an innovative culture: Lead rituals and coaching sessions to empower your team to think creatively and pilot new ideas.
• Collaborate on strategy: Partner with operational stakeholders to co-create the annual strategic learning agenda.
• Lead the Design CoE: Optimize resource allocation to support broader operations and frontline strategy.
• Design for impact: Apply adult learning science and human-centered design to address frontline trends.
• Drive continuous improvement: Establish and monitor learning metrics using data from operational systems.
• Manage complexity: Oversee scope, timelines, budgets, risks in a dynamic environment.
