Job summary

Capital One's Enterprise Learning & Development team is seeking a Director, AI Learning Enablement Leader to shape and deliver the learning strategy for our enterprise AI transformation. You’ll work with strategy, technology and HR leaders to design and implement initiatives that drive workforce readiness, AI fluency, and operational tool adoption across the company.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, product‑minded thinker who can orchestrate large‑scale change, translate advanced AI concepts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• 5+ years of client‑facing consulting, enterprise change management, or product management.
• 3+ years of technology enablement or learning strategy.
• 3+ years of leading complex, cross‑functional project management initiatives.
