Qualifications

• Experience establishing and leading an Instructional Design Center of Excellence (CoE) in an operations-focused environment.
• Proven ability to integrate AI or automation into the learning lifecycle.
• Track record of coaching teams to be innovative, agile, and nimble.
• Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive instructional design strategy for frontline audiences.
• Strong history partnering with senior leaders to translate operational needs into scalable learning solutions.
• Experience with evaluation models and data analytics to measure learning impact.

Responsibilities

• Champion AI Integration: Lead the strategy to integrate AI tools into the design and maintenance lifecycle.
• Foster an Innovative Culture: Lead rituals and coaching to empower creative thinking and rapid adaptation.
• Collaborate on Strategy: Partner with stakeholders to co-create the annual strategic learning agenda.
• Lead the Design CoE: Optimize resource allocation to support operations and frontline strategy.
• Design for Impact: Use adult learning science to build solutions addressing frontline trends.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Establish and monitor learning metrics using operational data.
• Manage Complexity: Oversee scope, timelines, budget, and risk in a matrixed environment.
