Job summary

SSi People seeks a Senior Learning Experience Designer, Live & Blended Learning to shape onboarding and leadership development programs. You will design live, instructor-led experiences and digital solutions across in-person and virtual formats, partnering with stakeholders to deliver blended learning using the Docebo LMS.

With 8+ years in enterprise environments, you’ll craft experiential scenarios and simulations, drive leadership development efforts, and lead end-to-end learning experiences

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing end-to-end learning experiences.
• Experience designing live, instructor-led and virtual learning.
• Experience in enterprise-level organizations in Marketplace/Media/Tech/Entertainment.
• Hands-on Docebo LMS experience is required.
• Leadership development learning for managers and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and support live, facilitated learning experiences.
• Develop digital learning solutions for onboarding and broader learning.
• Contribute to virtual onboarding and redesign of a full-day leader experience.
• Partner on learning initiatives that leverage an LMS to deliver blended solutions.
