Job summary

Peloton Interactive is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to join our Learning & Development team in New York. You will design and develop scalable learning assets for management programs, onboarding, and skills-based learning, partnering with SMEs and People Business Partners to deliver transformative experiences.

You’ll lead full-cycle design across eLearning, VILT, and blended formats, using ADDIE/SAM/Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

4–6 years of experience in instructional design or related field
Experience with multiple modalities: eLearning, ILT, blended, microlearning, performance support tools
Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) required; Vyond and Adobe Creative Suite strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle instructional design for learning formats (eLearning, VILT, job aids, microlearning, blended)
Develop production-quality eLearning and multimedia content
Create facilitator guides, participant workbooks, slide decks, and digital job aids
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to translate business needs into engaging content
Iterate content based on feedback and program data
Leverage AI-based tools to accelerate content development
Collaborate with Talent team to support full employee lifecycle
