Job summary

Horizontal Talent is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to blend digital design with live facilitation, delivering onboarding and leadership learning programs with flexibility to focus on digital, live, or both. You will design and deliver live and digital solutions, redesign onboarding experiences, and help create a pilot leadership learning experience while building learner journeys in an LMS.
