Job summary

Leonardo DRS Naval Electronics seeks an HR professional to deliver and coordinate training programs for all employees at our Largo, FL site with a hybrid work arrangement. You will enhance existing programs, design training methods, and maintain training records to support business initiatives.

Requires a bachelor's degree and 5+ years HR experience, with strong MS Office skills and excellent communication abilities across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and 5+ years HR experience preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation and platform skills.
• Comfortable communicating with all levels of management and employees.
• Excellent planning, organizational and facilitation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate training programs for all employees.
• Enhance existing training programs based on feedback.
• Identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees.
• Design and implement effective training methods and materials.
• Coordinate training schedules with hiring and training demands.
• Maintain training records and assist in program evaluation.
