Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years HR experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable communicating with all levels of management and staff.
• Strong facilitation and process consultation skills.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• LMS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate training programs for all employees.
• Enhance existing training programs based on feedback.
• Identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees.
• Design and implement effective training methods.
• Collaborate with management to understand training needs.
• Coordinate training schedules with organizational demands.
• Develop teaching outlines and instructional methods.
• Develop and select training aids and materials.
• Measure training effectiveness.
• Schedule sessions with facility and AV setup.
• May design courses based on company needs.
• Support and reinforce company mission, values, and culture.
• May outsource training to vendors.
• Assist deployment of corporate training workshops and maintain records.
