Qualifikationen

• Engineering or business degree required; Masters preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
• Certification in Program Management preferred (PMP or DAU level 3).
• Advanced knowledge of program management tools and procedures.
• Leadership and management skills, particularly influence management and conflict resolution.
• Experience across the program lifecycle from development through sustainment, including cost, schedule, and performance tracking.
• Experience with earned value cost accounting and reporting; metrics for progress and variance analysis.
• Experience in finance, contracting, export regulations, engineering, logistics, manufacturing and supply chain management.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Strong manpower planning, project reviews, scheduling and budget control.
• Proven track record managing complex aerospace/defense programs.

Aufgaben

• Track program cost, schedules and performance across the LOB.
• Report status to management stakeholders regularly.
• Develop and implement recovery plans for yellow and red programs.
• Follow program management directives and methodologies.
• Collaborate with customers and obtain feedback on performance.
• Work with business development, marketing and sales to enhance the portfolio.
• Lead monthly program reviews and conduct root-cause analyses.
• Develop processes for identifying, assessing and mitigating risk.
• Support opportunities with future programs and solutions.
