Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or related field with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
• Mastery of technologies and domain knowledge across engineering disciplines.
• Ability to lead engineers to complete highly complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications and requirements and manage a project team to develop designs that meet them, considering cost as a design variable.
• Provide budget, cost and schedule input for design assignments.
• Communicate clearly with manufacturing, supply chain, program management and the customer as required.
• Participate in preparation of highly complex proposals.
• Coordinate with technical management and other professionals to progress technical activities.
