BRG seeks a Senior Learning and Development Specialist to lead the design, development, and execution of firm-wide training programs aligned with organizational goals. The role offers an entrepreneurial environment to enhance training while growing professional skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in learning & development, e-learning, or related roles.
• Experience designing instructor-led training programs.
• Workday Learning experience highly desirable.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and refine learning programs and curricula.
• Coordinate and facilitate trainings (in-person, virtual, blended).
• Oversee logistics for live trainings, including venue contracts.
• Create and maintain program materials and surveys to evaluate effectiveness.
• Collaborate with leaders to assess training needs and approaches.
• Support HR initiatives (performance management, recruiting, inclusion).
• Assist in delivering compliance training via Workday Learning.
