Job summary

Power Design is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator in St. Petersburg, FL to drive training logistics, materials, and Workday Learning administration. You will manage rosters, attendance, and communications for onboarding and education programs while coordinating schedules across departments.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in training coordination, with strong organization, communication, and multi-tasking abilities. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university.
• 1–2 years of experience in training coordination or related roles.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Workday Learning experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support learning programs by updating materials and job aids, and maintaining training rooms.
• Manage rosters, attendance, and onboarding communications.
• Data entry to plan, schedule, and build courses in Workday Learning.
• Coordinate schedules for multiple training programs across departments.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate sessions and provide in-session support.
• Track participant feedback and follow up with learners.
• Assist with grant applications and documentation for training funds.
• Prepare training data and expense reports.
• Coordinate travel, snacks, and meals for participants as needed.
• Travel to support on-site or off-site training events.
