Qualifications

• Designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions for digital, virtual and classroom settings.
• Experience applying instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, AGILE).
• Experience with Articulate 360, Snag It, Camtasia.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning solutions and tools, from ideation to evaluation.
• Strong project management from ideation to completion with minimal supervision.
• Apply adult learning principles to improve performance.
• Conduct stakeholder and SME interviews to identify performance gaps.
• Create curriculum roadmaps and recommended blends.
• Develop evaluation strategies and behavior-based assessments.
• Translate organizational challenges into learning solutions.
• Storyboard and develop rich media using rapid development tools.
• Incorporate gamification and simulations for engaging learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional L&D teams.
