Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Learning & Development professional to design, develop, and scale a digital-first curriculum for Commercial teams. You will collaborate with commercial leaders to translate priorities into blended learning solutions that drive measurable performance.

You will lead innovation with AI tools, partner with L&D teams, and coach teams to adopt new approaches while advancing project goals within a 50-mile hub radius.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and deliver learner-focused solutions for digital, virtual, and classroom settings.
• Apply ADDIE/AGILE methods to build scalable curricula.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align learning with business goals.
• Evaluate training impact using behavioral measures.
• Leverage AI tools to innovate learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning solutions from ideation to evaluation.
• Strong project management skills to independently manage projects from ideation to completion with minimal supervision.
• Solid understanding and application of adult learning principles.
• Conduct stakeholder, SME, and learner interviews to identify performance gaps and determine the right learning solution.
• Create curriculum roadmaps and menus and recommend the optimal blend and supporting rationale.
• Determine evaluation strategies and create strong, behaviorally based assessments to measure learning outcomes and impact.
• Understands business objectives and translates organizational challenges into learning solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in rapid development tools (Captivate, Storyline, Camtasia) to storyboard and develop rich media.
