Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Sr. Learning Specialist for the Commercial Bank to design, develop, and scale digital-first learning curricula for commercial teams.

You will consult with leaders to translate priorities into high-impact, blended solutions and drive program direction with innovations including AI tools. You will partner with L&D teams across Capital One, refining workflows and applying measurement-focused assessments to improve performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions for digital, virtual, and classroom settings.
• 2+ years applying instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, or AGILE).
• At least 1 year using Generative AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning solutions from ideation to evaluation.
• Manage projects from ideation to completion with minimal supervision.
• Interview stakeholders and learners to identify performance gaps and determine solutions.
• Create curriculum roadmaps, menus, and supporting rationale.
• Develop assessments and evaluation strategies to measure outcomes.
• Translate business objectives into learning solutions and outcomes.
• Leverage rapid development tools to create rich media, gamification, and immersive learning.
