Capital One is seeking a Learning & Development professional to design, develop, and scale digital-first curricula for Commercial teams. The role partners with commercial leaders to translate priorities into high-impact blended learning solutions that improve performance.

You will drive program direction, inject practical AI tools, and lead continuous improvements across L&D to align efforts with organizational goals while operating within a hybrid work model.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions for digital, virtual and classroom settings.
• Experience applying instructional design methodologies (ADDIE/SAM/AGILE).
• Experience with instructional design applications (Articulate 360, Snag It, Camtasia).

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning solutions and tools from ideation to evaluation.
• Manage projects from ideation to completion with minimal supervision and aligned with department goals.
• Apply adult learning principles to create effective training interventions.
• Conduct interviews with stakeholders, SMEs, and learners to identify performance gaps and select suitable solutions.
